How paying works
The rules, in plain words
Cancel any time
On the account site, as easily as you signed up. No refunds; you keep the time you paid for and it doesn't renew.
A reminder before every renewal
An email the day before a monthly charge and 30 days before a yearly one, plus a receipt for every charge.
Prices shown before any card
Every unlock shows the price, the renewal date and how to cancel before Stripe asks for a card. We never see your card number.
One phone per sign-in
Sign in on a new phone and the old one locks the next time it checks in. What you saved stays on it.
Your saved work is yours
Stop paying and the numbers blur, but your jobs stay on your phone and your account. Unlock again and they're all there.
If a price ever changes
A plan renews at the price you bought it at. If that price ever changes, you get an email before it does, with time to cancel.
